The Payroll module is designed specifically for local governments and utility providers. Our Payroll system handles all required electronic pension and pay reporting to keep you up-to-date with ever-changing State and Federal requirements. Mass changes can be calculated and effected quickly and easily. Its flexible and comprehensive design allows payroll clerks to handle complex pay situations while providing government-specific information and reports such as PERS and Police & Fire.
Remote Payroll
Remote Payroll integrates with our Payroll System, allowing your departments to key in their time, verify pay calculations, and transfer their information to your payroll department for processing. This timesaving tool helps to eliminate duplicate entries, paper trails and other error-prone activities. Important security features are built in, including limiting the ability to remotely inquire about and enter time to only the specific department(s) for which that employee is responsible.
Human Resources
SSI offers two options for your HR software needs. We offer a basic system with capabilities such as benefit administration, applicant tracking and attendance. An advanced system is also offered with capabilities that include recruiting, training schedules, and organization management. Both systems can link to SSI’s Payroll system which allows you to exchange information between the HR and payroll systems.
