Utility Billing
SSI’s Utility Billing system automates your Utility Billing functions. The Utility Billing module can handle water, sewer, refuse, electric, demand, cable, pay-per-view, internet, telecommunications, and more. The system integrates with all major automated meter read systems and providers, banks and other bill pay outlets. Optional plug-ins further enhance the system’s capabilities, such as integration with SIRE® Electronic Document Management Solutions.
Income Tax
Our Income Tax Administration System maintains all the necessary information to perform your local government income tax functions with ease and efficiency. System parameter files allow you to customize the tax system according to your ordinances, and programs may be customized to print on existing tax forms. Optionally, SSI’s Income Tax integrates with SIRE® Electronic Document Management to allow quick retrieval of the documents related to each tax account.
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Receivable automates your miscellaneous billing and reporting process. SSI’s Accounts Receivable application maintains a separate master file for each customer and allows billed and collected amounts to be tracked for each A/R subsidiary account and its related source. This application integrates with our Central Cash module for cash receipting functions and our Financial Management module for general accounting.
Central Cash
Central Cash Receipting provides features and functionality designed to provide either a centralized or a departmental cash receipting station. Central Cash allows you to exchange all revenue through a single, easy to use interface with all major SSI software packages, and provides you with extensive history information on those revenue transactions.
VIP – Visual Intelligence Portfolio
For any entity using SSI software that is required to produce and distribute essential information to a variety of stakeholders, VIP is a digital dashboard and reporting solution that produces decision-critical information and presents that information in an intuitive manner to each user’s specifications. Unlike traditional reporting options, VIP automatically produces the critical information required to make decisions and measure performance and then delivers it on demand, utilizing pre-configured charts, graphs, management reports and alerts.
