The OCMA Winter Conference was held on February 24-26,2009 in Columbus, Ohio. SSI's Eric Seachrist presented "Digital Dashboards and Business Intelligence" and Sheila Shafer presented "Electronic Document and Agenda Management" to Ohio City Managers, Village Administrators and supporting staff. In Eric's session, participants learned how to use digital dashboards to make sound business decisions for their communities, while in Sheila's session attendees saw the ingredients of modern electronic document and agenda management systems and specific examples of cities who are saving thousands of dollars after implementing these systems.
