In addition to the initial onsite training you receive as part of your software implementation, Software Solutions offers a number of training alternatives to allow you to continue to develop your system knowledge.
These alternatives include:
Regional Seminars/Training
Throughout the year, Software Solutions offers a number of opportunities
for users to attend regional seminars. These are typically 1 day
or less in length and focus on specific or advanced areas of the
system. Topics, locations, and cost of these seminars vary.
Online Training
Software Solutions also offers training over the web using a service
called WebEx. Now users with a simple dial up Internet connection
can participate in online training sessions that integrate audio,
data, and video, with the full spontaneity of a face to face meeting.
These instructor led sessions are generally 1
to 2 hours in length and are geared to specific processes
within the various modules. Classes geared specifically to new customers
are typically offered the 2nd Friday of every month.
Onsite Training
The most popular of our training offerings is our onsite services.
Onsite training allows you to work with our training staff to custom
design a training program that fits your unique needs. Whether you
are training a new employee or exploring areas of the system you
aren't currently using, our dedicated staff of trainers can
help.
